These 2 companies have outsourced it to some 3rd party, who obviously will not pay even 70% of the assured amt. Hence I choose CashMartIndia. The representative was very quick to call me and he arrived within 1 hour after calling. No drama like the 3rd party agents sent by FLipkart & Amazon. He inspected the phone quickly, shared the pics to the Technician and I instantly received the quote for this phone. Off course, we cannot expect 100% of the amount that we see on the website. Because after they inspect the phone once, they will quote a price. I was happy with the price offered and the payment was done instantly. Old phone was factory reset again by the agent just to ensure that our data is not compromised. He did check for whether we have taken out SIM card, Memory card. I was really happy with the service provided by CashMartIndia.
